I had an amazing experience with Kevin and the team at Resolute and can’t recommend them enough! I brought in my SUV for a full interior and exterior detail, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The exterior was polished to perfection, with every spot of dirt and grime completely gone, even the wheels and tires looked brand new. The interior was spotless, with every nook and cranny carefully cleaned, including the tough-to-reach spots. I was especially impressed with how they treated the leather seats, which now look soft and rejuvenated. They even removed some coffee stains from the carpet that I thought were permanent. The staff was professional and friendly, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. I’m beyond thrilled with the results and will definitely be coming back for regular detailing. I took my wife’s explorer in for her birthday to be detailed. Russell and Kenny both were attentive to what I was asking to have done. -It seems like every shop now only wants to do million dollar paint correction and ceramic coats. Russell laid everything out as far as price and expectations. Kenny even went over the top to meet us there, well after hours, to pull her car inside the shop so it wouldn’t be vulnerable overnight. I picked it up today and was VERY much impressed with their attention to detail with her car. Not one spot untouched! Thoroughly cleaned, even ran the ozone machine on it to clean the air inside the car, and with two kids in sports we all know how that can get. They clay bar-ed it and put a ceramic wax on it. It came out phenomenal! We will definitely be back with them! Highly recommend!
